Mouse wheel will not scroll in VBA editor

Does anyone know how I can get my mouse wheel to
scrolling in the VBA editor?

There are two ways that I've found. 1) Use an older version of MS
Intellipoint, I believe v3.1. 2) Use a share ware program such as FreeWheel.
This will return the "universal scrolling" functionality. I've used it with
WinXP and it seems to work ok.

Intellipoint v4 also still scrolls in IDE, I believe, but I don't like that
it's missing some features that are in v3.
