VB6 Using MAPI to Read mail, Causes Outlook 2007 to Stop respondin

I have a VB6 program that uses MAPI to read the email in the INBOX of Outllok
2007

This works without a problem on Windows XP, but on VISTA after using the VB6
program when I go back to Outlook, I get an error message that the folders
cannot be accessed because the folder has been accessed by another program.
This does not happen on the XP computer with the ame program and Outlook 2007

Is there a solution?

You'd probably need to provide a code sample as well so they'll know a
little bit more what you are doing.
