Attach files using mapi mailer

I have used a Mapi mailer program to attach photos from Lightroom to Outlook
2007. This has worked in XP and Vista 64 but not in Windows 7 64. Outlook
hangs and will not open without a reboot. Also, scanned a document and tried
to attach to an email from within Documents and this also failed. Outlook
doesn't open and had to reboot the computer to manually open Outlook. Anyone
have a solution?
 
Have you yet asked the vendor of mapi mailer/lightroom?
