While i am trying WGA there is an error
It's about ActiveX and it says my browser dont accept activex controls.
But i have all the settings on about Activex and no programs to control and
block it.
I can't Update my Windows.

Try re-registering the following .dll files
Softpub.dll
Wintrust.dll
Initpki.dll
Urlmon.dll

1. Click Start >Run and type
regsvr32 Softpub.dll
Click okay to register it
You should get a dialog box telling you that it was successful.
2. Repeat the process for the other .dll files.
3. Restart your computer and try the update site again.

Add Windows Update to the trusted sites zone:
1. Start Internet Explorer.
2. Click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
3. Click the Security tab.
4. Click Trusted Sites, and then click Sites.
5. Clear the require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone check box.
6. Make sure that the following URLs are listed in the Web Sites box:
http://*.windowsupdate.microsoft.com
https://*.windowsupdate.microsoft.com
http://download.windowsupdate.com
