UT 04 mods and levels problem

im kinda new to the whole world of mods and levels along with new skins and voice pack... which file do i place em in? as i looked on the website (levels4you.com) and it doesnt really tell you were to put them.
can anyone help me?

Hah, found out where to put them :D
anouther question, where do i put voice packs so i can use them?
