windows explorer crashing

My windows explorer keeps on crashing whenever im searching through my
computer. I've read lots of forums, questions, answers and some of them say
this happened when they installed a third party program. Well that happened
to me, i installed lots of third party programs to change my computer
appearance to the beta windows 7. Now the error report is:

Error signature

AppName: explorer.exe
AppVer: 6.0.2900.5512
ModName: unkown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0
Offset: 01e41312

If you want to know what installed, it's on this site;
http://www.askvg.com/transform-windows-xp-into-windows-7-without-using-customization-pack/

I didn't install everything though, i installed, the icons, boot screen,
login screen( I did this a different way, if you scroll down to the comments
a person named Krazy Bluez made a logon screen thats the one i used), taskbar
(I used the second type of installment), drive progress bar(if you scroll
down to other mods, and then scroll to number 4 you'ss see what i installed),
start menu(which isn't listed; Vistart), one other thing i installed was a
new skin for windows blinds(a xp skin applier) called Windows-7-Build-7057,
but i really don't think the skin did anything because i applied lots of
skins before.

CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME??!!!!

what happened is that
you replaced genuine
system files with modified
thematic versions.

initiate a system
restore point.

also, be sure to
run a chkdsk and
your anti virals
afterwards.

the chkdsk will ensure
the integrity of your
master file table and
file system.

the anti virals will ensure
that the modified files
were not in fact designed
to install malware.

also, if you cannot initiate
a restore point, then
either uninstall your
antivirus or try to
restore via safe mode.
