What can be the reason, when the user requesting Remote Assistance, after
filling in email address and the password receives Windows response: "Remote
Assistance failed" ?
Jack

If the person who sent the invitation is behind a router, the IP address in
the request will their LAN IP address, instead of their WAN IP address.

If the IP address in the invitation is correct, their router may not be
configured correctly to allow Remote Assistance to access their machine.

Doug, I am talking about a person who needs the assistance but it cannot
send the invitation from his computer because of that error.

There can be a number of causes for this. Try a Google search for "Remote
Assistance failed", including the quotes, along with any other useful text
in the message.

There is an issue with a computer that connects to the internet through
another PC (Internet Connection Sharing). Another possibility is that
necessary services may not be started. And last, but not least, ensure that
Remote Assistance connections are allowed (My Computer, Properties, Remote).
