Using Palm Pilot on TS2000

A

Arch Willingham

Anyone have any idea if you can use (synch) a Palm Pilot on as TS client
(NCD 200 or a Wyse 3?50). I have never paid attention to the com port
re-direction in TS but something tells me y'all will say this prevents using
it in NT2000.

Thanks!

Arch

There is a CE client but don't think there is one for
Palm, not by MS at least

Hi Arch,

In Microsoft Windows 2000 (Terminal Services Upgrade) Workbook (Course #
1480A). There is a paragraph on page 54, discussing redirected COM ports
which reads "In the current release, these redirected COM ports are only
capable of supporting attached printers. Non-printer devices attached to
redirected ports are not currently supported.
