Using Outlook 2007 with Exchange

Our company created shared contacts and a shared calendar in the public
folder with Microsoft Exchange and I had a few questions...

1. How can I make everything appear on the shared calendar that is
currently on our original Outlook 2007 non-shared calendar?

2. Is there a way that I can assign tasks WITH REMINDERS and send them to
someone else?

3. Can I set up journaling or another feature to keep track of every time
one of our contacts is sent an email? Ie., if I click on a contact, I want
to be able to see every email I've sent him, along with his information...

Thanks!

Copy the items to the shared calendar.

On the Actions flyout, there should be an "Assign Task" button. They'll
decide for themselves whether or not they want a reminder.

That's why you have the Journal folder. Make sure you enable contact
linking. Tools>Options>Contact Options>Contact Linking...
