using outlook 2003 with windows vista ultimate

Dear sir,

I'm using MS outlook 2003 on windows vista ultimate version. i cannot import
or export my contacts and mail, dim "import/ export " option under
"file".....can any one help me .

Keep in mind that exporting to and importing from a PST are never the way to
transfer Outlook data.
