Using Mail Merge w/ WORD

G

Guest

I have the whole Mail Merge worked out, but I can not find the option to turn
off the permission question OUTLOOK asks each time it tries to send a
message. The message is as follows:

"A program is automatically send e-mail on your behalf.
Do you want to allow this?

If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should choose "No".

(then the waiting bar scrolls across the screen for five seconds)

(Then the three boxes) Yes No Help

The Help button is no help!!!!!!

Any ideas how to temp turn this off?????

To avoid security prompts, choose HTML as the format for the merged messages.

The messages generated by a mail merge do not use Outlook directly and thus do not get receipts, signatures, or other Outlook-specific features.

You can use PersonalizedEmails 4Outlook which:

1. Provides a 1 button click solution to e-mail merging
2. Still retains delivery and read receipt settings.
