Problems with mail merge

When I try to use mail merge, the following message pops up
"A program is automatically trying to send a message on your behalf. Do you
want to allow this. If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should
choose "no".

I have used mail merge before and it use to work fine. But suddenly this
mssg is popping up and I need to fix this problem. I need help!

Office version? Make sure you choose HTML as the merge message format.
