Mail Merge Warning

Trying to do an e-mail mail merge an once I submit to send, I receive the
following warning:

"A program is trying to automatically send e-mail on your behalf. Do you
wan to allow this?

If this is unexpcted, it may be a virus and you should choose "No"."

It asks me this each time before sending to each individual recipient. With
merges of a few hundred contacts, I continually am required to press "yes'
and can take hours to complete.

Has anyone encountered this issue? Suggestions?

In Outlook 2002 SP2 or later, use HTML as the merge format.
