I tried adding a .jpg image as a header to a web pag. Now everytime I go to
the page, I am prompted for windows login. If I revert back to the old
header which was a plain old table, everything is fine. I'm Running IIS6.
Any ideas why this is happening?

What's the URL so we can take a look? Also, did you import the image into
your web before inserting it?

I am a newbie. I have an images directory and from FP did Insert>File>From
Folder and then browsed to the images directory and selected the file. Is
that incorrect?

Sounds like you either placed the image in a password protected folder or the _private folder.
Move it to the images folder.

Never use a "user's web site help as they may fold up any month. Always use
the most current help / info at Microsoft Support.

Well, since ET was referencing her own site, I would assume it will be around long enough for the
poster to click the link.
