Using internet in France

Can anyone help? We are trying to connect our PC (which
was working perfectly in England)in our new home in
France. We are being told that the modem is working
correctly, but we cannot access the internet, although
the telephone line is working correctly. AOL have not
been able to solve this problem for us.

Anyone know how?
 
Start - Control Panel - Phone & Modems - Modems - Properties - Diagnostics -
Record A Log File
