Using Hotmail in Outlook 2003

I had my Hotmail account set up and working, but I
recently moved, and I can no longer view my Hotmail
Account with Outlook 2003. I get error 0x800cccf4 with a
message saying to save my work and restart the program.
I have tried creating a new profile, but still get the
same error.

Remove the Hotmail account - create a new mail profile without the Hotmail
service and then install it in the new profile.

Have I mentioned lately how useless Hotmail spam is in Outlook?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer,
(e-mail address removed) asked:

I have done that, but it will only access Hotmail once,
then gets the same error once I import my other mail.
How do I fix this?
