When I connect my cannon zr50 through a fire wire
connection, I can control the camera, I can record and
use like a web cam, I can get still shots just like using
the usb. BUt when I go to capture video from device, It
rewinds the tape and gives me an error message saying
something & that the software may not be compatible. I
have tried it using roxio 6 as well. My little cannon
camera icon at the bottom also goes away. I am stuck
as of now using my WInTV usb PVR through the s video & rca
audios. I really would like to get this fire wire deal
going . any one know of a simple fix.
