Using categories

Chris

I have used categories in my Outlook contacts. Now I want to send an email
to all the contacts in my database with a specific category. Or, I could set
up a group within contacts the members of which are a specific category - but
I should be able to choose the members of the group simply by specifying the
category. Anyone help me on this??

Hi. Thanks for your response. However, you must be assuming a greater level
of knowledge than I posess!!! Can you explain your solution in more detail!!
Is there something I am missing?

There isn't much more to explain. Just use the "By Category" view of your
Contacts to make it easier.
