USING AUTO DIAL IN OUTLOOK

MS GIVES ME INTERNAL ERROR MESSAGES EVERY TIME I TRY TO USE AUTO-DIAL

I HAVE UNINSTALLED OFFICE XP AND REINSTALLED, ADDED ALL UP DATES, MODEM
WORKS FINE.

WHAT IS CAUSING THIS ANYONE.
