Using Adminpak

From a 2000 workstation after installation of adminpak,
when trying to access ative directory for users and
computers i get "naming directory cannot be located
because: the server is not operational."

Nothing else appears to be wrong with the network.
 
Hi Lance-

Did you select to connect to a Domain from the Actions pulldown menu?

Check DNS settings. Make sure client is pointing to and AD dns server
