Internet Explorer Maintenance Group Policy Disappeared.

I know some people may have seen this but I was curious as to if anyone has
found a fix...

I've installed the administrator tools for Windows 2003 on my XP workstation
and MS was kind enough to remove the Dial-in tab on purpose. So I
uninstalled the 2003 Adminpak and installed the 2000 Adminpak, then
uninstalled the 2000 Adminpak to re-install the 2003 Adminpak. This
corrected my Dial-in tab issue but had a bad side effect. Now I no longer
have anything except "Remote Installtion Services" under my User
Configuration\Windows Settings on all of my group policies. Tried
re-installing GPMC and that still didn't fix it. Same thing with the
Adminpak to no avail. So I'm guessing if you have done this workaround for
either the exchange tools or for the Dial-in tab you are experiencing the
same thing as myself. I'm looking for the registry setting that I can change
to correct this because I'm sure that is all that it is. MS guys come on
help me out here!!! Your killing me....

There are some known issues:

Sometimes an uninstall/reinstall of the Adminpak breaks things. Reregister
the needed Dlls on Windows Xp.

scecli.dll
fdeploy.dll

appmgmts.dll
appmgr.dll - for Software Installation policy
gpedit.dll
wsecedit.dll - for security settings
ipsecsnp.dll - for IPSec policy
certmgr.dll - for Public key policy
