Ok, pick the "User" that is operating this Fax software properly. Go
through sending a fax one step at a time. Compare the steps and
responses to the same procedure when performed with the "other" user.
You will need to determine what resources are being accessed and for
what purpose. Since it isn't XP that is doing but the software you
installed all I can do is tell you that you need to observe the
differences and then correct them.
