Hi all,

I have a user who is using Outlook 2003 with a Windows XP machine. All of a
sudden when she sends out emails, the recipients recieve her emails in
duplicate. She has no rules set up and she only have one email account set
up. Employees inside our domain are receiving her email in duplicate as well
as recipients outside of our domain. We are using Exchange 2003. Does anyone
have any ideas about why this is happening and how I can stop it? I would
appreciate all helpful advice.

Thank you!
LaurenM

Other users have reported that scanning outgoing messages using Trend Micro
was causing this

Hi Dj,

Thanks for your response however we are not using Trend Micro. We use
message labs for scanning messages. Do you have any other thoughts? Should I
try recreating her profile?

Usually caused by some add-in. WHat add-ins does Outlook say are installed?

Hi Brian,

I do see Google Desktop Search in the COM add-ins and Google Desktop Outlook
toolbar in the other add-in option. Could those be the issue and should I
take them out? Please let me know.

Thanks!

I've not heard of that particular problem with the Google tools, but try
disabling them for testing purposes. Change the indexing of Google Desktop
Search to ignore mail, disable the GD Outlook toolbar.
