Hi all,
I have a user that is experiencing an issue with her Outlook. She is using a
Windows XP machine and Outlook 2002. We are in an Exchange 2003 environment.
Whenever she tries to attach a document to an email, her email freezes and
she has to force quit out of the program. When she opens the document back
up, the documents have to be "Recovered". We have tried re-installing MS
Office but this did not solve the issue. What's interesting is that all of
her settings are kept in Office, even if we uninstalled and reinstalled the
programs.
I guess I have two questions: (1) is there a way to wipe out the office
settings and uninstall/reinstall Office? (2) is there another solution to
this Outlook attachment issue?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
