user question

Hello,
I just installed a fresh copy of w2k on a old nt box. The installation went
just fine,
but now that I'm setting up new users, I've run into a bit of a snag. I'm
trying to set up a user named " service"....but I keep getting a msg that
"service" is already a user??? Any help on this would be appreciated.
