What is the maximum number of users that can be setup in
2000 Pro? There will be a very small number in use at any
one time, but I need to give individual profiles to a
bunch.

You' might run out of hard disk space for the %profile% directories long
before defining that many. So how many users do you think you need to
setup? The last article says Microsoft recommends a max size for the
SAM (Security Accounts Manager database) of 60 MB but that may only a
recommended max for Terminal Server. Still, even at 60 MB, you have
40,000 users? Wow, that's a big company.
