User Profile Between two Domain

I need change PC from domain-A to Domain-B, All user account is not same.
Domain-a.Edmond to Domain-b.Echan
The Question is how can i move user profile from Domain-a to Domain-b.

A computer can only be a member of one domain at any given time, that said,
there are 3rd party applications, such as "net switcher" that allows you to
swap between domains as needed, instead of having to join the domains with a
domain administrator.
