User not receiving emails, but can send

As an administrator, I can open up this user's email
inbox on my machine and can see all of his new emails.
He cannot see them however and hasnt been able to since
yesterday morning. He can see all of his old emails, but
just not any current ones. I can log into his computer
and recieve emails in my account also.
Suggestions would be great.
Thanks!
We are using Outlook 2003.
