Old mail

I have many users in company, one of them, he has emil-account in outlook
2007, when he log in to computer the emil-account in outklook is missing ( he
gets new outlook ) there is no emil-account,

how can I get his an email back and also the old messages.

(dissappear all messege in an inbox)

What type of account is it? IMAP, POP, Exchange? Which?
