user name e password prompt problem

Hi
I have a client on my network using outlook 2003 that every time open owa or
outlook need to fill prompt with user e password. I have a domain with
exchange 2000, i try to reset exchange connection, view every setting on
outlook but everything i do appear authentication prompt.
can help me to resolve this problem?

Does this happen only on the problematic computer? If so, check for cached
passwords in Windows XP's password manager (control panel | users accounts)
