Outlook constantly prompts for a password

I am an IT Technician and recently had to do a repair in outlook for a user
on a domain account...ever since I have done this, the user is getting
credential prompts everytime they open outlook.

I have ensured the box to password prompt each time is not checked and it
isn't, also tried creating a new profile, that didn't work...

We use exchange 2003 for email accounts, and I have checked that the users
domain account isn't locked and that all passwords are the same...i.e. logon
and what they have to enetr in outlook! Is there anyway of stopping this as I
am clueless after many different attempts to resolve this issue.
