User locked out several times daily

I have a user who is locked out every morning. Using XP SP2 and using Server
2003. I have disconnected and repointed all mapped network drives. I have
ensured he is not logged on elsewhere. Yet still AD insists on locking him
out every morning and several times daily. Any help appreciated

Forgot to add

The problem only arose when he had to move to a new machine. He ran the 2
concurrently for a week with no problems. When he turned the old machine
off, the problems started. We use redirected folders in the profiles,
although not sure if that would contribute to the problem?
