Hello
I have a small shop running workstations with Xp Pro SP2.
For some reason two stations have tiny issues.
One workstation (within a domain) I log in as administrator ; and am
able to alt-ctrl-delete to Lock Computer. When I log in as the user
‘accountant’ this feature within the function of alt-ctrl-delete is
grayed out. How can I fix it so that this user is able to lock his
workstation? On all the other workstations this function works.
And for every workstation but one one can insert a usb to save files.
My art person when he inserts a usb device is asked to provide admin
credentials ; for example.
Site.com\this_admin ; Password .
I have to do this chore so that he can proceed to work. Is there a
remedy to fix this so that he is no longer prompted to provide admin
credentials?
Thanks
John Marshall
