User Fast Switching/Welcome Screen

Ok i just reinstalled Win Xp Pro and made an account for
myself and my family. Now when i was to fast switch to the
other account, it comes up with the classic screen. I
checked to make sure that there is a checkmark on the "Use
the Welcome screen and Use Fast User Switching."

So im wondering what i could possibly do to have it go to
the welcome screen when i want to fast switch to another
account. Any help would be much appreciated.
