USER.EXE errors are virtually always related to video drivers. Try updating
your video drivers. Also, reducing hardware acceleration at control panel,
display, settings, advanced, performance may assist in stabilising your
system. Also, try changing the video mode for number of colors to 256
colors - sometimes 32-bit mode or true-color mode can cause problems.
More: This may be caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware,
parasite).
Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.
