Type "Insufficient Resources Exist to Complete the Requested Service"
into a Google search box. You'll get more than 500 hits and some of
them are likely to reflect your situation.

Thanks for the reply Pegasus, but that was the first thing I tried.I have Trend Micro IS 2008 and have seen TM's name listed for earlier versions causing a similar problem.I've had TM for 4 years and never had a problem.I'm going to disable it and see if that works.I uninstalled SpyBlaster because that program isn't compatible with Trend Micro and things were working fine for about 2 hours yesterday and then went back to giving me that message.

I'm having the exact same issue, when that happens for me it put me back to
my log-in screen. If i log in then it won't load my graphics driver and
stick me at like 800x600 or something horrible and it can't be changed so i
have to reboot. I'm also using trend micro pccillian. I might just try
getting rid of it all together, but who knows maybe uninstalling it or even
disabeling it won't fix it. Maybe looking at the trend micro site might
help...who knows....
