User Environment pop-up

Bill

When I start up my computer a window pops up for 30
seconds that says, "Windows cannot load the user's profile
but has logged you on with the default profile for the
system.

DETAIL - The system has attempted to load or restore a
file into the registry, but the specified file is not in a
registry file format."

How can I fix this?

1. Create a new account.
2. Copy Data from old profile to new profile
(see C:\Documents and Settings)
e.g. Documents, Emails, cookies,
3. Delete old profile
4. Use new profile.
