User Defined Fields in BCM

When I copy or import contacts from Outlook to BCM, the user defined fields I
had in Outlook are unpopulated in BCM. How can I get those fields to
transfer?

Hi,

BCM does not support customization of the forms.
Hence the User defined fields will not show up in your BCM contacts /
accounts.
