Do other users also have problems sending themselves messages? If so, the
antispam software if catching mail sent to/from the same person. If not,
do he have a rule to delete mail to/from himself? Internal DLs are sent to
the DL, not to him, so such a rule would not affect mail to DLs.

User is using Outlook 2007 and when he sends himself a message (from
within
the account only) it doesn't end up in the Inbox. It only appears in
the
Sent
Items. Oddly enough if he sends an email to a distribution list that he
is
a
part of (from within that account) it gets to his Inbox.
