user and login issues

Hi. The motherboard of my pc had to be replaced. When it came back from the
shop I now have an new user in User Accounts. It's called:
ASP.net Machine A
It says limited access and password protected.
Does anyone know what that is and whether it's necessary?

The other thing that's changed is at bootup I get the screen with my User
name which I have to click in order to complete the startup. I just want it
to restart with no name to click or logingon.
