User Accounts

When I start my computer, I get a message that says it is unable to load my
personal settings, and puts me on a tempory status. Thus all my personal
wallpaper, documents and such are not there. (if I search i will find them).
How do I get it back to my settings?

Hi Teacher,

Go into Safe Mode and under the Admin User ID. Now use Windows System
Restore to restore the computer under Safe Mode,
 
all ive had to do is to do a scan of c drive.
