User Accounts- Can't accesss programs

I recently upgraded to Windows XP Home edition on my PIII system. In the process, I set up an administrator account (myself) and some limited user accounts. None of the limited user accounts can access any programs other than IE 6.0 or Outlook Express even tho Office is already on the computer. How do I get accesss for these other accounts?

I have the same problem too. Just bought a new computer
with XP Pro, and can only see photoshop under my account
and not my other 2 users. Wondering if I should have
selected XP home edition!!

Found this answer from a previous post:
May have to install under new account or copy
From:
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Start Menu\Programs

To:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs
