Programs on user accounts

Running Win. XP Pro and Spy Sweeper for MSN Dial Up.

I just changed an administrator account to a limited account and now keep
getting an error message:

“Spy Sweeper can not function properly on an account that has limited
access to the system………â€

My Question is: If I log on this limited account as administrator, go to
add-remove programs and remove Spy Sweeper, will it be removed from this user
account only, or will I be removing it from my entire system?

Is there a better or easier way to prevent this error message from appearing
on limited accounts?

Any advice will be appreciated.

Hi,

If you remove it, it will uninstall for all users. The program needs to run
within an account that has system privileges as it needs access to system
files. Simplest thing to do is to disable it loading for all user accounts.

Thank your Rick for your help. You make it seem so simple I am embarrassed
that I didn’t figure it out for myself. I sincerely do appreciate your help
and your patience.
