User Account question

I have the following question. Can I delete the user account
"folder" in My Documents named OWNER. Please read
background information below.
I just restored my laptop from the restore DVD and I noticed
that I have one more user account folder set in My Documents
than I did with my previous setup. It is rather curious in that it
is named OWNER and my account is named OWNER.RB
with a period between OWNER and RB. I surmise that WinXp
did the OWNER part since when asked for a computer name
I typed in RB. Of course I also have another GUEST account
and a ADMINISTRATOR account. The OWNER Folder only
has a generic Favorites folder and a two files, one being
NTUSER.DAT and the other being NTUSER.DAT.LOG.
Of course all my account folders have these two files in them also.

Update to be a little clearer on information
My user account is named OWNER.
However in the My Documents folder structures the folder
that has all of my stuff is named OWNER.RB
But there is another folder (not part of OWNER.RB) that
is named OWNER that has not much in it.
I wondering why this is there and can I delete the folder?

Well since nobody seems to know I decided to try it, what the heck
worst thing could happen would be another recovery and I don't even
have all my apps reinstalled yet anyhow.
So I deleted it and there appears to be no problems after 2 reboots
and running other stuff. I also renamed my account name to OWNER.RB
to match the folder structure name. End of story on this one.
