User access

I have created an Access database for entries and one for
viewing. It is now on our sequel server. Question, how
to set up only a certain few employees to be able to
enter. I have material on this but am getting confused.
I do not want only a password, but only when a person logs
on to have his right. Can someone point me in the right
direction. Thanks,
