use of Windows Live Messenger 8.1 issues

I have sent some test emails to other email accounts and I do not get the
messages. I do not see any error stating the standard "mail is
undeliverable". I have POP on checked in profile.

Thanks for help!
 
It's possible you are having some blocked port problem with your firewall.
