There are 2 possibilities.
1) Someone is misleading you. I know of no web-cams that can double as
projectors. The technology that is used to collect images is very different
than the technology that is used to project them. The power draw of any
decent projector exceeds known USB power delivery abilities, so the unit
would need a separate wall feed power supply. The heat produced by a
quality project is rather intense, a strong fan unit would also need to be
included to blow off excess heat. If you have a separate power supply and
two completely different technologies, I can not see any use in combining
the two units. However this is just my opinion.
2) Someone is trying to (spam?) advertise a new device (that, although it
may be able to do both, probably does them both very poorly).
