Use Microsoft Outlook but cannot read incoming mail from LOTUS NOT

I cannot read incoming email replies from Clients who use Lotus Notes. Even
if they use my existing mails and click reply, there is no sign of what they
have written, or even of their email address.

Hence I cannot communicate with major clients or even with my bank.
Any solutions??? Does changing my outgoing mails to HTML format or plain
text help? I am going spare.

I'm having the same issue. Does anyone know a fix?
