Hi,

I currently have a wireless network installed within my
home. The recievers for the computers are usb, and i seem
to have a problem with that after a while everything on
the computer stops and a blue screen appears telling me
that the screen has appeared to prevent critical damage.
Then i goes on, and mentions the file usbport.sys, so i
figure it has something to do with this, also that when
ever i dont have the recieve plugged in this never
occurs. Why is this happen? can you help?

Thanks

George

Try these two things. First, update your chipset drivers. Post your
motherboard make and model and I'll link you to the drivers if you don't
know how to find them. Second, install the latest drivers for your USB
network adapters. I am currenlty having this problem with a USB device
causing a reboot upon Resume. It may be my BlueTooth Network Device or
my USB 802.11g Wireless Network Device. Right now it seems to be both
and this is on the most recent version of Windows ;)
