USB2 Host Driver Needed

My new scanner,Epson 3170, is high speed (USB 2) but also
is intended to work with USB 1.1. I have found it only
works in my USB 1.1 ones. The Epson catalog says the
Microsoft USB2 Host Driver is necessary. I've tried the
drivers from it's (Belkin Hi-Speed USB 2.0 5 Port PCI
card) installation CD and updates from it's site to no
avail. I can't find anything on the Microsoft downloads or
update sites. A USB 2 Multi card reader works fine in it.
How can I get a USB2 Host Driver.

Included in SP1 and SP1a for WindowsXP.

There are no additional drivers for 2.0 USB you just need to install the
lastest service pack
